What are your artwork specifications? |
File formats preferred are Adobe Illustrator .ai, .eps and .pdf files. Supply all linked files and fonts, or outline all fonts in file. NB: Word documents can only be used for a type reference, not as fine art.Please contact your sales representative or our customer service department to request more information. |
What if I want a completely customised product? |
If your minimums are high enough we can work with you to custom design your own packaging. Longer lead times apply for custom made products, taking 10-12 weeks to produce from artwork approval. The minimum order quantity is approximately 10,000 pieces.Please contact your sales representative or our customer service department to request more information. |

When will my order be shipped? |
Stock orders are shipped within 24 hours. If we are out of stock, you will be contacted.For completely customised products, orders can take up to three months to be received. |
